Cyril Academy  –Admission

Admission is open for Academic Session 2023-2024 since 1st July 2022. The following steps should be followed for successful admission.

1. Eligibility of Child in classes according to their age:

1.  Nursery : 2.5 years- 3.5 years
2.  KG I : 3.5 years +
3.  KG II : 4.5 years+
4.  Class I : 5.5 years+
5.  Class II : 6.5 years+
6.  Class III : 7.5 years+

2. Parents/Guardians can obtain Application Form by following ways:

1.  From the School's office located in School's Campus, Samali(OppositetoUnion Bank of India)on theThakurpukur– BakrahatRoad, P.O, Nahazari, Kolkata-700104,on payment of fees of Rs.500/-in cash.Receipt has to be retained for future reference.
2.  Can be downloaded from school's website : www.cyrilacademy.com (The fee of Rs. 500/- will need to be paid along with the 'Registration Fee' at the school campus at the time of submission of the 'Application Form').

3.  Admission form can be download by click Download Admission Form link (The fee of Rs. 500/- will need to be paid along with the ‘Registration Fee’ at the school campus at the time of submission of the ‘Application Form’).
4.  Important documents like Photo copy of Birth Certificate of child, Address proof of applicant’s residence, Aadhar Card of both parents to submit along with the Admission Form.
5.  The applicant will be shortlisted for final academic procedure and the same will be intimated to parent over phone/sending SMS/sending email to the respective phone number and email ID of parent.
6.  Shortlisted candidate along with parent will be interviewed by school’s criteria for successful admission.
7.  The admission will be confirmed after deposition of Admission Fees and other applicable fees.
